  • What is an “unmanaged device”?

A computer that does not have a Mount Sinai IT build on it. All School procured Macintosh hardware are considered unmanaged.


  • Will I lose access to email during migration period?

You can still access your email at any point. Once migrated, you can access email at outlook.office.com while setting up devices with Intune.


  • Is o365 HIPAA compliant?

Yes


  • Where can I access my email online?

outlook.office.com


  • How much storage do I get now?

Mailbox: 100 GB and an additional 100 GB for archiving once mailbox quota is reached

OneDrive: 5 TB for Business Cloud Storage Accounts


  • How do I know if I am migrated?

You can check by looking under File > Account Information to see if you are accessing on the web.
