What is an “unmanaged device”?
A computer that does not have a Mount Sinai IT build on it. All School procured Macintosh hardware are considered unmanaged.
Will I lose access to email during migration period?
You can still access your email at any point. Once migrated, you can access email at outlook.office.com while setting up devices with Intune.
Is o365 HIPAA compliant?
Yes
Where can I access my email online?
How much storage do I get now?
Mailbox: 100 GB and an additional 100 GB for archiving once mailbox quota is reached
OneDrive: 5 TB for Business Cloud Storage Accounts
How do I know if I am migrated?
You can check by looking under File > Account Information to see if you are accessing on the web.
